1. Who we are

GlennZero is run by GlennZero Audio & Video Productions, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia (SSM JM1038162-V), 22, Lorong Halaman Indah 2, Taman Halaman Indah, Jawi, Pulau Pinang, 14200 Malaysia. You can reach us at noreply@gzermusic.my.

2. What we sell

We make custom songs to order. You describe the song, we write lyrics (or use yours), and AI music generators make the music and vocals. Each song is a separate purchase. There is no subscription. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and include any tax we have to charge.

3. Your account

You need an account to order. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for orders made from your account.

4. What you send us

You must have the right to use any story, names and lyrics you give us. Songs must be original: do not ask for a named artist's voice or style, and do not paste lyrics from existing songs. We do not make songs that are hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or otherwise unlawful. We may refuse or stop any request that breaks these rules, and we refund you if we refuse after you have paid.

5. Checking your lyrics and paying

Before you pay, you can read and change your lyrics and song details as often as you like, free of charge. The price is held for 30 minutes at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

6. Delivery

Most songs are ready within minutes of payment. Sometimes it takes longer. We email you when your song is ready, and you can download it from your account.

7. Changes after payment

Once you pay, the lyrics and details you approved are final. Changes after payment are paid changes, as set out in our change policy. Free audio edits (trim, fade and volume) are always available.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Each song is made to your own request and supplied as digital content. At checkout, you ask us to start making it straight away. In the UK and EU, that means you lose the 14-day right to cancel once production has started.

If something goes wrong on our side (silence, a corrupted or cut-off file, or the wrong language), report it from your song page within 7 days and we will make the song again for free or refund you. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights where digital content is faulty.

9. Using your song

Once you have paid, you may keep, play, gift and share your song, including on social media and at private or public events. Selling the song, putting it on streaming services, or using it in advertising needs our written permission first. Email us.

Songs are made by AI. They are original to your request, but because of how AI music works, a song may share common musical ideas with other songs, and we cannot promise that nobody else receives a similar-sounding melody. In some countries, AI-made music may not be protected by copyright.

10. Using the website

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, copy it automatically or get around its limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

11. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.

How we use your personal data is explained in our privacy notice.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown when you pay is the one that applies to that order.
